Order Processing Times

  • Made-to-Order Production: Orders are generally processed within 2-3 weeks from receipt of payment. This is because all garments are made to order. Being of handcrafted quality, they will be ready for shipment approximately 2-3 weeks from the time of purchase.

  • Peak Seasons: During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may experience slight delays.

  • Weekends and Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times (Standard Shipping)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and external factors (e.g., courier delays, adverse weather conditions, customs checks).

  • Italy: 2-3 weeks from the shipping date.

  • Europe: 3-7 weeks from the shipping date.

  • Rest of the World: 5-15 weeks from the shipping date.

Shipping Costs (Standard Shipping)

Standard shipping costs vary based on the weight, dimensions of the package, and the destination. The exact shipping amount will be calculated and displayed in the cart during the checkout process, prior to order confirmation.

Free shipping may be offered for orders exceeding a certain amount. Please check the current conditions on our website.

International Shipments, Duties, and Customs

Prices displayed on our website are converted into your local currency to facilitate the purchase, but they do not include local customs taxes or the VAT of the destination country for any countries outside the European Union.

All shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by the customs office of the destination country. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the recipient (customer). We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as they vary from country to country.

If the customer refuses the shipment due to customs costs, the outbound shipping fees and any costs incurred for returning the package to the sender will be deducted from the order refund.

VEIGA MILANO reserves the right to choose the most appropriate courier for standard shipping based on the destination and specific needs. The couriers we partner with are reliable and offer shipment tracking services.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and instructions to monitor the delivery status directly on the courier's website.

Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. VEIGA MILANO shall not be held responsible for any delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Failed Delivery

In case of a failed delivery attempt due to the recipient's absence, the courier will leave a notice with instructions on how to arrange a new delivery or pick up the package at a collection point. If the package is not collected within the specified period, it may be returned to the sender. In this case, any additional costs for reshipping will be charged to the customer.

Packaging

We pay particular attention to the packaging of our products to ensure they arrive at their destination in perfect condition.
